Red Salad

Ingredients:
250 grams of red watermelon, cut into pieces
150 grams of strawberries, cleaned, split-split
150 grams of red grapes, halved, seeded
2 tablespoons lemon juice
1 teaspoon finely chopped mint leaves

Sauce ingredients, stirring rate:
50 ml low-fat mayonnaise
200 ml strawberry yogurt
2 tablespoons sweetened condensed milk cap Nona
1 tablespoon lemon juice
½ teaspoon grated lemon skin
1 tablespoon grated cheddar cheese

Topping:
10 grams of cornflakes Nestle ®

How to Treat:
1. Mix all ingredients together. Sprinkle with lemon juice and stir in mint leaves. Refrigerate until cold.
2. Place salad in serving glasses.
3. Give the sauce and sprinkle with cornflakes.
4. Serve immediately.

Tips:
- Watermelon is easy once a watery because it cut into pieces and toss with sauce and other fruit as close as possible to the time of eating it to stay crispy and fresh.
