Tofu Tek (tahu tek)



Ingredient :
  • 2 pieces of white out
  • 1 medium-size potatoes
  • 50 ounces tempeh
  • 50 g bean sprouts
  • 1 egg
  • 1 tbsp fried shallots

Spices :
  • 50 grams fried peanuts
  • 5.1 tbsp paste
  • 1 red chilies, sliced first
  • 5 pieces of red chili, sliced first
  • 2 tbsp soy sauce
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 2 cloves garlic

How to make :
  1. Tofu: diced, fried half cooked, set aside
  2. Potatoes: cubed, fried cooked, set aside
  3. Tempe: diced, fried half cooked, set aside
  4. Bean sprouts: steamed wilted, set aside
  5. Eggs: boiled, halved, set aside
  6. Marinade: puree
  7. Presentation at the plate: good to know the white, potato, soybean, bean sprouts, flush with the ground spices, sprinkle with fried onions

Note :
more delicious when served with Crackers
