Rice Recipes Pecel - resep nasi pecel



Rice Recipes Pecel (resep nasi pecel)
 
Hot spice:
  • 1 oz Peanut
  • 10 seeds (or added according to taste) cayenne pepper.
  • Brown sugar to taste (optional)
  • Salt to taste
  • 3 cloves garlic
  • 1 kencur.
Vegetables:
  • seed fresh petay china
  • mung bean sprouts
  • Spinach, or water spinach, or sweet potato others according to taste.
  • Teri (fish)or peanut brittle peanut brittle peanut (should make your own)
  • Fried tempeh, fried tofu and more according to taste. (Make good own as well)

How to make:
  • Peanut fried until cooked, then pounded fine / blend it.
  • Take peanut taste with cayenne pepper, kencur, garlic, brown sugar and salt to taste
  • to be ground simultaneously. Put just enough water to soften.
  • herbage(leafage) leaves and steamed sprouts diving 5 minutes or according to taste.
  • If already, ready formulated to be eaten together - as good as this peanut brittle or served with tofu / tempeh/fried meat.
