Lawar Rice (Nasi Lawar, Indonesian food)
Ingredient:- 125 g minced chicken
- 100 g of coconut and a half old, peeled, grated lengthwise
- 10 pieces long beans, thinly sliced
- 75 g bean sprouts, cleaned
- 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
- 2 lime fruit
- 2 tablespoons fried shallots
Refined:
- 6 red onions
- 4 cloves garlic
- 3 pieces of red chilli
- 3 pieces of red pepper vabai
- 1 cm ginger
- 1 cm galangal
- 2 cm kencur
- 2 para hazelnut
- 1 / 2 teaspoon pepper
- 1 / 2 tsp coriander
- 1 teaspoon shrimp paste
- 25 g sugar Java
- 2 tsp salt
Method:
- Dry minced chicken until cooked and dry. Lift.
- Mix with coconut and vegetables.
- Heat oil, saute ground spices until fragrant and cooked. Lift.
- Mix together the chicken and vegetables. Stir until blended.
- Drizzle of lime juice and stir well.
- Sprinkle fried shallots.
- Serve immediately.
