Kue Kacang Mete Telur


Kue Kacang Mete Telur
Bahan :
• 2 butir telur
• 25 gram gula bubuk
• 25 tepung kanji diayak
• 100 gram tepung terigu
• 300 gram kacang mete utuh, cuci, dijemur kering
• Minyak untuk menggoreng.

Bumbu Halus :
• 6 siung bawang putih
• 4 butir kemiri
• 1 sendok makan ketumbar
• 2 cm kencur
• 1 sendok the garam halus
• ½ sendok the kaldu ayam bubuk

Cara Membuat :
1. Kocok telur, gula bubuk, dan bumbu halus menggunakan garpu hingga rata, masukkan tepung kanji, aduk rata.
2. Tambahkan kacang mete, aduk hingga kacang mete terbalut rata oleh bumbu. Diamkan selama 15 menit sambil sesekali diaduk.
3. Taruh kacang mete berbumbu dalam wadah datar yang lebar, ayak tepung terigu diatasnya sambil hingga kacang mete terbalut kacang terigu.
4. Panaskan minyak yang cukup banyak diaas api sedang, goreng kacang sambil diaduk hingga matang. Angkat, tiriskan. Simpan dalam wadah kedap udara.

Untuk dicampur dan diayak :
• 100 gram tepung terigu protein rendah
• 15 gram tepung meizena

Cara Membuat :
1. Olesi cetakan lidah kucing dengan margarine tebal – tebal.
2. Kocok mentega, gula bubuk, susu bubuk, garam, dan vanili hingga mengembang. Masukkan terigu campur, aduk rata.
3. Masukkan pasta moca, aduk rata. Tambahkan kacang tanah, aduk rata. Sisihkan.
4. Kocok putih telur hingga naik, masukkan gula pasir, kocok hingga kaku.
5. Aduk bahan hingga rata, masukkan ke dalam adonan putih telur, aduk rata.
6. Masukkan adonan kedalam kantung plastic segitiga rangkap dua, gunting sedikit ujungnya, semprotkan ke cetakan lidah kucing. Beri sepotong almond diatasnya.
7. Panggang dalam oven panas hingga matang dan kuning kecokelatan.
8. Angkat, dinginkan. Simpan dalam wadah kedap udara.

• 15 gram susu bubuk
• 15 gram santan bubuk
• ¼ sdt garam halus
• ¼ sdt vanili bubuk
• 1 kuning telur
• 1 sdt pasta pandan
• 5 buah ceri merah, potong dadu
Cara Membuat :
1. Ayak terigu meizena, tambah kelapa parut, aduk rata, sisihkan.
2. Kocok mentega, gula bubuk, susu bubuk, santan bubuk vanili, dan garam hingga mengembang dan putih.
3. Masukkan kuning telur, kocok hingga rata. Masukkan tepung terigu campur, aduk rata.
4. Ambil sedikit adonan, aduk rata dengan pasta pandan, masukkan kembali ke dalam adonan kuning, aduk rata.
5. Masukkan adonan kedalam cetakan kue semprit, semprotkan membentuk bunga sebanyak 3 buah untuk setiap potong kue. Hiasi tengah kue dengan ceri merah, tekan sedikit agar melekat.
6. Panggang dalam oven panas hingga matang. Angkat, dinginkan. Simpan dalam wadah kedap udara.

Cara Membuat :

4. Masukkan adonan kedalam cetakan kue sumprit, semprot membentuk bunga.
5. Hiasi tengah kue dengan cokelat keeping, tekan sedikit agar melekat.
6. Panggang dalam oven panas hingga matang. Angkat, dinginkan. Simoan dalam wadah kedap udar.

Kue Kacang Jahe

• 100 gram selai kacang
• 2 sdm jahe bubuk
• Kuning telur
• 50 gram kacang mete sangria tumbuk kasar dan gula pasir, untuk taburan

Cara Membuat :
1. Siap Loyang pipih. Olesi dengan mentega, lalu cetak kue kering bentuk menurut selera.
2. Kocok margarine dengan gula bubuk hingga lembut, masukkan telur, sambil dikocok hingga mengembang, masukkan vanili bubuk, tepung terigu, dan susu bubuk, aduk rata. Tambahkan selai kacang dan jahe bubuk. Aduk rata.
3. Pipihkan adonan setebal 1 cm, cetak, tata di Loyang, beri jarak, olesi dengan kuning telur, taburi kacang mete dan gula pasir. Panggang dalam oven selama 15 menit hingga matang. Dinginkan.
4. Simpan dalam wadah kedap udara.

Cara Membuat :
1. Kocok butter, gula bubuk, gula palem, susu bubuk, vanili, dan garam hingga lembut. Masukkan telur, kocok hingga mengembang. Masukkan selai, kocok sebentar, sisihkan.
2. Aduk tepung terigu, kacang mete, kismis, dan coklat masak.
3. Masukkan ke dalam adonan mentega secara bertahap sambil diaduk.
4. Bentuk bulat – bulat memakai 2 sendok the. Pipihkan.
5. Panggang dalam oven panas hingga kue matang dan kering. Angkat dan simpan dalam wadah kedap udara.

Cara Membuat :
1. Kocok margarine dan gula pasir hingga mengembang, masukkan telur bertahap sambil dikocok hingga mengembang.
2. Masukkan cokelat masak, tepung terigu dan cokelat bubu, aduk rata.
3. Masukkan adonan ke dalam alat pecetak kue kering, siapkan Loyang pipih, olesi dengan margarine dan semprotkan adonan kue.
4. Panggang dalam oven dengan temperature 160 derajat celcius selama 15 menit hingga matang, angkat dan dinginkan.
5. Hiasan : kocok putih telur dengan sebagian gula pasir halus dan cream of tartar, tambah gula bertahap dan kocok, hingga kaku, masukkan air jeruk nipis, aduk rata, tambahkan pasta moka.
6. Masukkan ke dalam kantong semprot dan tube bentuk bintang.
7. Jika kue telah dingin, beri hiasan gula, dan diamkan hingga gula mengeras. Simpan dalam wadah kedap udara.

Hiasan :
• 150 gram coklat masak, potong kasar, tim hingga leleh

Cara Membuat :
1. Olesi Loyang kue kering dengan margarine, alasi kertas roti dan olesi margarine lagi, sisihkan. Panaskan oven selama 10 – 15 menit besuhu 180 derajat celcius memakai api bagian bawah.
2. Aduk margarine dengan gula halus, susu bubuk, garam, dan vanili ddengan sendok kayu hingga lembut. Masukkan kuning telur, aduk hingga rata.
3. Masukkan tepung terigu yang telah diayak bersama tepung meizena, dan kenari halus, sambil diaduk dengan sendok kayu hingga rata dan bsa dibentuk.
4. Bentuk adonan seperti tambang / pensil diameter ½ cm, lalu potong – potong sepanjang 45 cm. taruh kue dalam Loyang. Beri jarak 5 cm.
5. Masukkan kedalam oven hingga matang. Angkat dan dinginkan. Celupkan ujung kue ke coklat yang ditim. Pindahkan ke rak kawat. Setelah dingin simpan dalam wadah kedap udara.

• 2 sdm sirup jeruk pekat
• ¼ sdt esens jeruk
• ¼ sdt garam halus
• 2 kuning telur

Campur dan ayak bahan – bahan berikut :
• 200 gram tepung terigu berprotein rendah
• 50 gram tepung maizena
• ½ sdt baking powder

Untuk Hiasan :
• 1 putih telur
• 75 gram gula pasir
• 10 gram sari jeruk bubuk
• ½ sdt esens jeruk
• 1 tetes pewarna kuning
• 50 gram sukade

Cara Membuat :
1. Kocok mentega, gua bubuk, susu bubuk, sari jeruk bubuk, sirup jeruk, esens jeruk, dan garam hingga lembut.
2. Masukkan kuning telur, aduk rata. Masukkan tepung terigu campur, aduk rata.
3. Bulat – bulatkan adonan menggunakan sendok. Pipihkan menggunakan punggung sendok. Panggang dalam oven panas hingga matang. Dinginkan.
4. Buat hiasan : kocok putih telur hingga naik, tambahkan gula pasir yang telah dicampur sari jeruk bubuk hingga keras. Tabahkan esens jeruk dan pewarna kuning, kocok.
5. Taruh ½ sdt adonan hiasan diatas sepotong kue, beri satu iris sukade ditengahnya. Taruh dalam Loyang. Panggang kembali selama 15 menit dalam oven terbuka hingga hiasan mongering. Simpan dalam wadah kedap udara.

  • 125 gr mentega, cairkan
  • 90 gr gula kaster
  • 1 telur
  • 125 gr terigu
  • 65 gr cornflakes, hancurkan kasar
  • 80 gr dark coklat, lelehkan

Cara Membuat:
1. Campurkan kulit jeruk parut, coco crunch, sultana dan kacang almond.
2. Dengan menggunakan mixer, campur mentega dan gula sampai rata, tambahkan telur kocok sampai mengembang.
3. Campurkan buah-buahan kedalam adonan kue, aduk rata.
4. Bentuk sesuai kenginan, lalu balurkan kedalam cornflakes.
5. Setelah matang, glasur dengan coklat.

5. Olesan: kocok bahan olesan sampai lembut.
6. Oles di ke dua sisi bagian roti dengan bahan olesan. Letakkan di loyang tanpa dioles margarin.
7. Oven lagi 90 menit dengan suhu 100 derajat Celsius.

3. Masukkan tepung terigu dan susu bubuk, aduk rata.

8. Buka gulungan cake, olesi dengan selai durian.
9. Gulung kembali sambil rapatkan.
10. Potong potong bolu setebal 1,5 cm. Sajikan bersama dengan teh ataupun jus buah.
